Activate your eSIM for iPad: New line of service after initial setup is complete


After receiving Setup notification

1. User must be connected to Wi-Fi

2. User may receive a notification on the device FirstNet Cellular Plan Ready to be Installed

3. Tap this notification to complete setup

4. Settings will open

5. User will select the cellular plan action item with the red notification alter icon next to it.

6. User given option to select “New Cellular Plan”

7. User will see Install Cellular Plan screen and selects Continue

8. eSIM is being downloaded in the background

9. When your device setup is complete, lock the screen, and verify your FirstNet Service is active (you should see “FirstNet” at the top left of your Lock Screen)
